Focus Programme in Midleton

Focus is a 12 month full-time recovery orientated training programme, based at the Edmund Rice centre in Midleton, that can equip people with mental health difficulties with strategies to better deal with life situations, including their mental health. It gives participants the opportunity to enhance their levels of personal development, community integration, physical & mental well being & vocational orientation. The programme also supports participants in clarifying their future options using a range of centre & community based activities. It commences at the end of September.
